I have been fortunate enough to work with individuals at Greenfield for the past four (ouch!) decades - before Greenfield photo was even a reality. Steve Hoffman at CPS, and Tom Usciak and Andy Eshelman (OK, two decades) at Delta. There’s a reason they are still in business: service.
They have never let me down. I’m sure that’s true for all their clients. They almost always get it right the first time. If not, they respond on the spot. They’re careful to provide profiles, so my computer matches their prints. They kept film and E-6 going as long as possible, and they responded to the call of the digital age, so we can now send files electronically. They listen. Now we have gallery wraps. But most importantly, I’ve gotten to know them for the great people they are. They’ve become more than acquaintances. It’s great to do business in person.
