Open Account
Applications for open accounts take up to five days for processing, although we do attempt to complete them as quickly as possible. Our terms are NET 30 days from invoice date. After 30 days there will be a 10% per month service charge applied to the unpaid balance. All interest charges will be included in the balance due. Monthly statements will be sent only to those clients that request them. Credit limits will be assigned based on volume and payment history.
Credit Card
Payment can be made in the form of credit cards. Card numbers can be kept on file for future use. Please specify if this is the payment method of choice. We accept Visa and Master Card. A receipt of credit card charges will be included with the shipment of the order.
Service Times
We have published approximate service times for our products. These times are in-lab days, excluding weekends and holidays. Due to busier seasons and special requests on orders, additional time may be needed to complete orders. We would also like to remind you to add one additional day for each size requested. When promising orders, please include additional time for delivery, retouching and special orders.
Rush Service
We always try to honor all requests for rush orders as seasonal volume levels and circumstances allow. Always check with us to verify if a rush order can be accepted. There is no guarantee, implied or otherwise, on rush requests. Surcharges may be applied depending upon services requested and time allotted for completion. We reserve the right to refuse any rush request that would interfere with normal customer service schedules.
Return and Remake Policy
Our goal is to produce the best quality the first time. Sometimes your expectations may not be satisfied. Printing quality is dependent on several factors, such as film, exposure, lighting, and processing, to name a few. If you have a concern about a service we have performed, return the order to the lab.
Orders returned for remakes must be returned within 14 days. We will make every effort to correct our mistake. Remakes will be completed exactly as originally ordered.
When returning an order to us for remake, the order must include the following:
- The original order bag
- All the materials from the original order
- A brief description of the problem
- Our remake and return policy does not guarantee refunds and/or credits.
Credits
All credits requested are at the discretion of the management of Greenfield Photographic Services, Inc. We do not issue credit for orders that are completed as requested and subsequently changed. If we have made a mistake, we will make every attempt to correct it to your satisfaction. Customer refusals due to service times or customer preference do not constitute credits.
Customer Service Hours
Our Lab personnel are available from 8:00AM thru 5:00PM, Eastern Standard Time, Monday thru Friday. When calling, if for some reason no one is available, you will be prompted through an automated system. You will have an option to leave a message for any member of our staff. Please leave your Name as well as your Phone Number in order to help us return your call quickly.
Price Changes
Any or all prices are subject to change without prior notification.
Limit of Liability
The submission of any film, print, slide, Photo CD or Computer Disk for processing or any other service or purpose will constitute an AGREEMENT by you that if any such film, print, slide, Photo CD or Computer Disk is damaged or lost by us or any related company, it will be replaced with an equivalent amount of unexposed film, processing, blank disk and/or transfer services. Except from such replacement, the handling of such film, print, slide, Photo CD or Computer Disk is WITHOUT WARRANTY OR LIABILITY even though damage or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. |
